My work evokes a sense of whimsicality. Interested in elegance and simplicity, I often accompany this with a quiet irony. My illustrations include a variety of media including gouache, pencil and graphite. Often these illustrations are used in my design, which primarily consists of posters, CD design, and publications. The ideas are generally extracted from poetry, literature, music, dreams and conversations. “We meet. We try. Nothing happens, but afterwards we are always embarrassed when we see each other.
